Owner, Licensed Psychotherapist
☆ Specializing in trauma, grief/loss and addictions
I have provided services to those with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and addictions from adolescents to dual diagnosis to older adults in an inpatient and outpatient setting. As a licensed therapist and Art Therapist I utilize a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, The Grief Recovery Method, EMDR and a trauma-focused approach to help clients feel supported, validated and making improvements towards their goals.
I believe that client’s do their best work when they feel empowered and supported within the therapeutic alliance. By using a client-centered approach that individually focuses on what a client’s goals are at that moment in their lives they can begin to see positive changes in their ways of thinking, reacting and behaving.
What you can expect from a session with Lilah: I cater my therapeutic approach to the needs of my clients. After defining our treatment plan and what has and hasn't been helpful in the past we will work together to collaboratively explore how to best reach these goals.

I believe that the journey to healing must come from within and that I am simply a guide along the way. I create a safe space for you by providing a non-judgmental and compassionate environment to explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards creating a positive change in your life. My approach is eclectic, meaning that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to help you achieve your goals and create healthy ways of coping. I am passionate about using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). In my free time, I enjoy reading, powerlifting, and playing video games with friends. I hope that I can be your trusted guide.
Having worked inpatient, in partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs, and traditional outpatient settings, I have a wealth of experience in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, the Latinx community, LBTQIA+ individuals.
Allow me to help support you & together we will work to help you get to where you have always wanted to be.
